Descendants of Half-breeds
If more than 50% of a creature's ancestry is of a particular race that character may be treated either as a half-breed or as a full fledged member of that race at the player's option. From a story perspective a character with mixed heritage would be known as a quarter elf, or a three-quarter dwarf. and would bear physical features which would make their ancestry easy to guess for the casual observer.
