This spell projects a mote of green light that race at blinding speed towards your intended target.

You must make a ranged touch attack to hit. If the attack succeeds, a mark of exile is inscribed upon the subject where the mote touches them. A mark of exile like the dimensional anchor spell, completely blocks extradimensional travel. Forms of movement barred by the Mark of Exile include astral projection, blink, dimension door, ethereal jaunt, etherealness, gate, maze, plane shift, shadow walk, teleport, and similar spell-like or psionic abilities. The mark also prevents the use of a gate or teleportation circle until removed. In addition the mark of exile blocks spells that permit communication at a distance including as sending, message, whispering wind, and contact other plane. Lastly it blocks all divinations, including the discern location spell, if they are cast from more than one mile away.
A wish or miracle spell may be used to locate or communicate with an affected creature. Alternatively a wish, miracle, or Voxaminer's disjunction spell may be used to remove a Mark of Exile from a touched creature.
