Great Ocean

This large body of water is bordered by Jotenar to the north, Athalin to the southwest, the Orc's Teeth Islands to the south, and Aire to the southeast.

The Great Ocean for most of recorded history was mostly frozen by an ice sheet called the Stygian Floes. A small remnant of this ice remains north of Sarthorn and northwest of Aire. The ocean in the area surrounding this remnant is littered with icebergs, posing significant hazards to sea travel.
